TIPPING GUIDE – EGYPT

Tipping guide in USD - but you can pay in EGP (in Egypt)

• Tour Guide – From USD $15 per person per day

• Driver: From USD $6 per person per day

• Airport Rep (meet and greet): USD $10 per group

• CITY REPS: (hotel transfers, tour orientation) USD $10 (1 to 4 people) Or $15 (5 or more) per assisting day

• Cruise staff USD $15 per room per day (best paid to reception last day of cruise - covers room service, restaurant & lounge staff, general staff. Guests are welcome ot tip a particular person who provided a great service)

• Sailors (people who carry your bags on and off ship and sail the boat) USD $4 per person per cruise

• Porters – carrying luggage on arrival and departure USD $1 per bag

FOR THOSE ON ULTRA LUXURY CRUISES OR DAHABIYA : please note these type cruises generally have their own tipping expectations which can range from USD $150 to $300 per person per cruise.
