Discovering Morocco’s Most Captivating Sights
Our adventure begins in Marrakech, where the vibrant medina and souks set the scene. Crossing the High Atlas Mountains, we stop at the kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, then follow the dramatic Dades Valley. In the desert, ride a camel across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi and spend a magical night in a luxury Sahara camp. From here, travel north through imperial Fes and the blue-washed lanes of Chefchaouen, before continuing via elegant Rabat to Casablanca, home to the striking Hassan II Mosque.
Exploring the Ancient Wonders of Egypt
In Cairo, stand before the mighty Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx, visit Saqqara, and explore the treasures of the new Grand Egyptian Museum and Mummy Hall. Two nights on Elephantine Island in Aswan offer time to see the Philae Temple, Nubian Village, and the Unfinished Obelisk, with the option to visit the colossal Abu Simbel Temples. Then embark on a three-night Nile cruise, pausing at riverside temples and watching desert sunsets, before reaching Luxor to explore the Karnak and Luxor Temples, the grand Temple of Hatshepsut, and the Valley of the Kings.
Discovering Jordan’s Most Amazing Treasures
Beginning in Amman, we’ll visit the ancient ruins of Jerash, the old city of Salt, and Mount Nebo, before travelling along the scenic Kings Highway. The rose-red city of Petra is the highlight, with its narrow siq leading to the breathtaking Treasury. In the desert of Wadi Rum, a four-wheel drive safari and luxury camp under the stars provide unforgettable memories. The journey concludes at the Dead Sea, where floating effortlessly in its salty waters is the perfect finale.

Marrakech City Tour
After breakfast, begin your guided exploration of Marrakech, known as the "Red City" for its distinctive red sandstone walls. Today, you’ll discover some of the most iconic landmarks and hidden treasures of this vibrant city.
Sights you can expect to see include:
Majorelle Gardens: a peaceful oasis of exotic plants and vivid blue architecture once owned by fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent.
Koutoubia Mosque: a 12th century architectural masterpiece and Marrakech’s most famous landmark. Its towering minaret, a city icon, is visible for miles. The mosque's name comes from "kutubiyyin," meaning booksellers, reflecting its historical connection to local book merchants.
Saadian Tombs: a beautifully restored 16th-century royal necropolis.
Souk: immerse yourself in the souk’s maze-like alleyways, where you can browse handwoven rugs, leather goods, spices, and jewelry. Don’t miss the chance to visit the dyers’ souk, where artisans use traditional methods to color textiles.
Ben Youssef Madrasa: a stunning 16th-century Islamic college adorned with intricate cedarwood carvings, geometric tilework, and grand courtyards.
Spend the rest of the afternoon at your own pace, whether relaxing in a rooftop café or exploring more of Marrakech’s enchanting streets.
You’ll also have free time this evening to wander back into the famous medina and experience the souks after dark in Marrakech

After breakfast depart Marrakech, heading for Dades Valley - around 330 km in distance by road.
Atlas Mountains
Journey across the High Atlas Mountains, ascending the breathtaking Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260m). Along the way, visit a Berber women’s cooperative to learn about the traditional production of Argan oil, a specialty found only in Morocco.
Ouarzazate: often called the "Gateway to the Sahara", Ouarzazate is known for its historic kasbahs and thriving film industry. Blockbuster movies and TV shows, such as "Gladiator" and "Game of Thrones," have been filmed here.
Ait Ben Haddou
Morocco’s most famous UNESCO-listed kasbah. This iconic mud-brick fortress was said to be built in the 17th century. Its earthen clay architecture, clustered along a hillside, creates a visually striking landscape. Wander through its narrow alleyways and climb to the highest point for panoramic views over the valley.
Dades Valley
Travel along the scenic Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, where ancient fortresses stand against the backdrop of dramatic desert landscapes. You'll stop at Kalaat M’Gouna, the heart of Morocco’s Rose Valley. We’ll visit a local cooperative to learn about the production of rose water and beauty products made from locally grown roses.

After breakfast, depart from the Dades Valley and begin your scenic drive towards the Todra Gorge, one of southern Morocco’s most impressive natural landscapes. You’ll travel through a patchwork of fertile fields, crumbling kasbahs, and traditional Berber villages that dot the valley floor.
Today we are on foot for much of our activities, offering a chance to stretch the legs and get out and about.

Stop in the lively town of Tinghir, a charming oasis town surrounded by palm groves and framed by the rugged peaks of the Todra and Dades mountains.
- Todra Panorama: offering breathtaking views over the rugged canyon, lush palm groves, and the winding river that carves its way through the dramatic Todra Gorge.
- Jewish Quarter: a fascinating maze of narrow lanes, ancient kasbahs, and earthen houses, offering a glimpse into the town’s rich Jewish heritage and centuries-old coexistence of cultures.
- Palm Grove: walk through a lush oasis of thousands of date palms stretching along the Todra River, where walking paths weave through gardens, small villages, and traditional mud-brick kasbahs.
- Visit a traditional Berber House: an authentic glimpse into local life
TODRA GORGE RIVERBED WALK
Today you’ll also explore the breathtaking Todra Gorge, one of Morocco’s most dramatic natural landscapes.
Your walk follows the gentle course of the Todra River for around two hours, winding between sheer 300 mt cliffs, date palms, and small gardens tended by local Berber families. It’s an easy and peaceful trail, perfect for taking your time.

Today we are heading for Merzouga - a distance of approx 195 km.
it's another day of glorious scenery and interesting stops, both historic and dramatic.
Erfoud: known for its fossilized marble, where you may visit a local workshop showcasing fossilized stones and artifacts.
Rissani: we'll also make a stop in Rissani, an ancient Moroccan town, the cradle of the Alaouite dynasty, and a vital Saharan trade hub.
Mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif: a significant religious site, honoring the founder of Morocco's Alaouite dynasty. It's a place of reverence and pilgrimage, showcasing traditional Islamic architecture.
Sahara Desrt Camel Trek and overnight desert camp: arrive to Merzouga in the late afternoon. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with refreshing mint tea before embarking on a camel trek into the dunes of Erg Chebbi. As the sun sets over the golden sands, enjoy a magical ride to your desert camp, where you’ll settle into your traditional Berber tent.

Wake up early to witness one of the most breathtaking sunrises over the Erg Chebbi dunes. As the golden light spreads across the vast Sahara, soak in the tranquil beauty of the desert. After sunrise, return to the camp for breakfast, then embark on a camel trek back to Merzouga. Along the way, admire how the shifting light transforms the dunes into a stunning palette of gold and orange hues.
Back on the road, its a big day of travel but with plenty of diverse landscapes including the Middle Atlas Mountains and highlighted stops to break up your day.
Ziz Valley: as you head north, the landscape gradually transforms, offering breathtaking views of the Ziz Gorge and Ziz Valley, known for its lush palm groves and ancient kasbahs.
Midelt: continue through the Tizi N’Talghamt Pass for a stop in Midelt. Located at a high altitude, Midelt experiences cooler temperatures compared to other Moroccan cities and is surrounded by stunning mountain landscapes. It is known for its apple orchards, earning it the nickname "Apple Capital" of Morocco.
Ifrane: often called the Switzerland of Morocco for its alpine-style architecture and pristine surroundings.

Fes City tour
After breakfast we set out to explore Fes, Morocco’s oldest imperial city and a UNESCO-listed treasure. Step into the past as you wander through the labyrinthine alleyways of Fes el-Bali, the sprawling old Medina filled with centuries-old souks, mosques, and madrasas.
Begin your tour with a visit to the Royal Palace Gate, an impressive set of bronze doors leading to one of the king’s residences. Nearby, explore the Mellah (Jewish Quarter), the first of its kind in Morocco, dating back to the 14th century.

Bab Bou Jeloud (Blue Gate) – The grand gateway into the ancient Medina.

Chefchaouen
After breakfast set off on a scenic three-hour drive through the stunning landscapes of the Rif Mountains towards Chefchaouen, Morocco’s famous "Blue City."
Upon arrival, stop at a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the blue-washed medina—the perfect spot for breathtaking photos. Then, check in to your accommodation and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure to explore the enchanting streets of Chefchaouen.
Wander through the picturesque alleys, where every corner offers a postcard-worthy scene, and visit highlights such as:
Outa el Hammam Square – The heart of the medina, lined with cafés and the historic Kasbah Museum.

After breakfast in Chefchaouen, begin your journey south towards Rabat, the capital of Morocco. The drive takes a few hours, giving you a chance to relax and enjoy the countryside.
Rabat
Upon arrival in Rabat, visit the Hassan Tower, an unfinished minaret that stands as a symbol of Rabat's rich history. Nearby, you'll explore the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, a stunning example of Moroccan architecture and the resting place of the country’s former kings.
Casablanca Hassan II Mosque
After your visit, continue your journey to Casablanca, Morocco's vibrant economic hub.
In Casablanca, visit the magnificent Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world and an architectural masterpiece perched along the Atlantic coastline.

Pyramids of Giza
Built for some of the mightiest Pharoahs, the Great Pyramids of Giza are undoubtedly the most famous ancient wonder in the world. These colossal structures continue to captivate visitors with their grandeur and ongoing mystery. We’ll spend enough time here to fulfill your bucketlist dreams and finish with a short camel ride in order to grab some incredible shots as a memento of your time here.
Great Sphinx
The Great Sphinx stands tall, guarding the Giza Plateau in Egypt. Carved over 4,500 years ago, this mythical creature has the body of a lion and the head of a pharaoh.
Saqqara Necropolis
Located 27 km on the outskirts of Cairo, is Saqqara. This remarkable complex includes the Step Pyramid of Djoser and the tombs which we will visit. You’ll also see plenty of hieroglyphics that adorn the walls of the complex throughout.
The Serapeum of Saqqara is a underground necropolis housing massive granite sarcophagi of sacred Apis bulls, offering a mysterious glimpse into ancient Egyptian burial practices.

Famous for its gold souks, visitors can shop for unique pieces and souvenirs through its whimsical laneways. This morning we leave bustling city of Cairo behind for the relaxed vibes of Aswan. Flight time approx 1hr 10.
Located along the banks of the Nile River, and home to many archaeological sites, Aswan is a place of incredible beauty. This captivating jewel is an oasis of rich red sunsets and golden sands encompassing the lush farmland along the rivers edge. We’ll be here for the next two nights enjoying every drop of resplendent charm.
Felucca Sailing
There is no better way to embrace the beauty of the Nile River than on a traditional wooden sailing boat known as a felucca. Sit back and take the tranquil surroundings as you gently glide through the water.
Nubian Village
Discover the fascinating Nubian Villages situated at the bottom of Elephantine Island. Stroll through alleyways and discover the simple and natural life of the people that populate them. You will get to visit a Nubian family home and try some local delicacies before setting sail to our hotel, and home for the night.

For those participating in the tour - we make our way by coach to one of Egypt’s most sought out attractions. Abu Simbel is a famous UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its colossal rock-cut temples. Built by Ramses II, these iconic structures stand as a testament to ancient Egyptian civilization, attracting visitors worldwide with their impressive architecture and rich historical significance. The two colossal temples greeting visitors are dedicated to Pharaoh himself and his beloved wife, Queen Nefertari.

Philae Temple
Jump aboard a motor boat for the short journey to Philae Temple on the island of Agilkia. Dedicated to the goddess Isis, the temple is a testament to Egypt's rich cultural heritage. Unfinished Obelisk
The Unfinished Obelisk in Aswan, Egypt, is an enormous ancient monument left incomplete in its quarry, offering insight into Pharaonic stone-carving techniques.

Visit the Temple dedicated to both Sobek the crocodile god and Haroeris the hawk. Kom Ombo temple stands on a promontory at a bend in the Nile, where in ancient times sacred crocodiles basked in the sun on the river bank.

Esna Lock
We continue north towards Luxor, passing through the engineering marvel of Esna Lock. As our boat enters the lock, the gates will be closed behind us, allowing the water level in the lock to adjust to match the level of the river downstream. Once the water level is equalized, the boat can pass through and continue its journey down the river. Be sure to make your way up on the roof deck to capture the moment.
Karnak Temple
Built over more than a thousand years by generations of Pharaohs. the great “Hypostyle Hall” is an incredible forest of giant pillars, covering an area larger than the whole of Notre Dame Cathedral. One of Egypt’s more prized attractions, Karnak is a spectacular complex of sanctuaries, kiosks, pylons and obelisks. Simply put, everything here is on a gigantic scale.
Luxor Temple by dusk
Enjoy a walk around Luxor Temple as the sun goes down and the walls of the temple are lit up. Located on the east bank of the Nile River, Luxor Temple reigns supreme as one of Egypt's most extraordinary archaeological gems built over 3,000 years ago. Marvel at the soaring columns and colossal statues, adorned with intricate hieroglyphics and reliefs depicting scenes from ancient Egyptian mythology and history. The Avenue of Sphinxes, stretching over a mile in length, connects Luxor Temple to its sister temple, Karnak.

This morning we disembark our cruise in Luxor. We are heading for the azure waters of the Red Sea, but not before we visit one of Egypt’s most famous sites.
Valley of the Kings
The Valley of the Kings, located on the west bank of the Nile River in Egypt, is an ancient burial ground that served as the final resting place for pharaohs and powerful nobles of the New Kingdom era. Spanning over 500 years, from the 16th to the 11th century BCE, it contains around 63 tombs, including Tutankhamun's famous tomb. These tombs were carved into the rock and adorned with intricate paintings and hieroglyphics. Discovered in the 18th century, the Valley of the Kings remains a significant archaeological site, giving us valuable insights into the ancient Egyptian burial customs and beliefs.
Hatshepsut Temple
Next, it’s on to Hatshepsut Temple. This magnificent ancient structure is in honour of the powerful female pharaoh, Queen Hatshepsut.
Colossi of Memnon
Standing 18 metres tall, the Colossi of Memnon are two massive stone statues near Luxor, Egypt, depicting Pharaoh Amenhotep III seated on a throne. Erected around 1350 BCE, they originally guarded the entrance to his mortuary temple, which is now mostly in ruins.
Mid afternoon we fly back to Cairo for one final night before our next adventure to Jordan.

Today we say goodbye to Egypt and fly to Amman, the capital of Jordan. Flight time approx 1hr20.
Welcome to one of the most captivating places on earth. Home to famous UNESCO sites and unique landscapes, as well as friendly and hospitable people.
Amman City Tour
Visit Jebel al-Qala'a (the Citadel), with its remains of the Roman Temple of Hercules, Umayyad Palace and excellent views over downtown. The National Archaeological Museum, home to ancient findings from the whole country, is located on the Citadel grounds. Continue to the impressive Roman Theatre, the largest in Jordan, with room for 6,000 spectators. The small Folklore Museum and Museum of Popular Traditions are adjacent to the Theatre.

Jerash
Visit the Greco-Roman City of Jerash, also known as the “City of the thousand columns”. Jerash showcases the grandeur of Imperial Rome (and is sometimes referred to as the Pompeii of the East). It is considered one of the largest and most well-preserved sites of Roman architecture in the World outside Italy. As the most pristine Decapolis City (meaning ten cities in Greek) in the modern world, Jerash’s prosperity can be admired in the colonnaded main street and lovely Oval Piazza.
Salt
Proceed to the Old Town of Salt, with its remarkable architectural and civic heritage. Lose yourself in the bustling souks with vibrant markets of spices, textiles, and handmade crafts.

This morning, we leave Amman for more adventure, heading along the King's Highway. This once ancient route still has marks left from traders, armies and pilgrims who crossed it centuries ago, and was once part of the ancient Silk Road.
Madaba
Visit the Christian Town of Madaba, also known as ‘The City of Mosaics’. You will be visiting the St. George Greek Orthodox Church, where we will see the masterpiece of Madaba, a Byzantine mosaic map of the Holy Land dating back to the 6th century. We will also visit the Archaeological Park, which houses the remains of several Byzantine churches, including the amazing mosaics of the Church of the Virgin.
Mount Nebo
Considered to be one of the most important holy sites in Jordan, Mount Nebo is believed to be the place where Moses climbed from the Valley of Moab, and from where God showed him the Promised Land, as well as Moses’ last resting place. It features ruins from the 4th to the 6th century with marvellous mosaics adorning the grounds of the church still visible.
Shobak Castle
Shobak Castle, originally built in 1115 by King Baldwin I, was a significant Crusader stronghold strategically positioned to control the King's Highway and the Petra region.

Today is sure to be one of the great highlights of Jordan. We journey to Petra, the legendary “Rose-Red City, half as old as time.” Founded by the Nabataeans more than 2,000 years ago, Petra is a masterpiece of carved sandstone façades and hidden wonders.
You’ll walk through the Siq – a narrow, winding gorge framed by towering cliffs – until the dramatic reveal of Petra’s most iconic monument: the Treasury (Al-Khazneh). Its scale, detail, and colour are truly unforgettable, and a visit here is an experience you’ll treasure forever.

To reach Petra’s world-famous Treasury (Al-Khazneh), you’ll follow the ancient path through the Siq – a winding sandstone gorge about 1.2 km long. The walk from the main gate to the Treasury is around 2 km each way (roughly 30–40 minutes on foot one way depending on pace).
The path is mostly flat but uneven in sections, with cobblestones, sandy ground, and some natural slopes. Most travellers find the walk manageable, though sturdy footwear is recommended.
Wadi Rum 4 x 4 desert tour
We head south later in the day to the captivating desert of Wadi Rum. It is Jordan's largest desert, and one of the most spectacular landscapes in the world. Enjoy a 4x4 Bedouin Jeep Tour inside the Wadi, covering its “martian like” highlights. We will make a stop to try a cup of traditional Bedouin tea before transferring to the campsite inside the desert. Hopefully we will get to witness an incredible desert sunset followed by an unobstructed starry night, before resting in your luxury safari tent for the night.

Dead Sea
We start heading north for a unique final day in Jordan.
The Dead Sea is a mesmerizing wonder, famous for its unparalleled salt concentration, and is a place like no other. This natural phenomenon not only allows visitors to effortlessly float on its surface but also offers numerous health benefits due to the mineral-rich mud found along its shores. As we will be staying here for the night along the shores, you’ll have the chance to swim, relax or indulge in a spa treatment, utilizing the natural therapeutic properties of the region. It’s the perfect last night of our tour to rejuvenate and leave feeling fully refreshed.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Non refundable deposit of AUD $500 required at time of booking. 25% overall cost required within 30 days. (if more than 150 days prior to travel) Final payment due 150 days prior to travel.
Fitness level
This tour is considered moderate. Guests should be able to walk at least 2 to 3 km in one session, and be able to navigate stairs and uneven surfaces. Hot weather and prolonged standing may impact these requirements.
No guest matching
Unfortunately, we do not offer a hotel pairing for single travellers. We do however, offer a competitive single supplement rate.
Baggage allowance
For group tours - Baggage allowance on all our domestic or international flights that are part of our tour itinerary is 23 kg. Your carry on allowance is 7 kg.
Tour minimum numbers
In order to guarantee our tours, we require a minimum of 6 passengers. If by chance we do not meet this minimum, any deposits or payments submitted will be fully refunded.

Travel insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is compulsory on all our tours. This should cover cancellation, medical expenses, repatriations and additional expenses. We strongly suggest you purchase insurance as soon as you start making payments toward your tour. We will ask you to provide insurance details prior tour departure.
Medical Requirements
It is important to let us know in your booking form, your medical requirements and needs. All guests must be able to manage their own medical requirements. Please note we cannot act as an aide to your medical requirements.

You can submit your dietary requirements in your booking form. We will pass these requirements on to hotel staff and help you find suitable options on the go.
Being part of a team
It is important that all our guests understand that this a “group” tour and be willing to act as ‘team players’ so not to disrupt the dynamics of the entire group. If at any stage a guest is acting highly inappropriate, speaking in inappropriate or derogative language, or highly disrupting the group, we reserve the right to ask the guest/s to leave without any compensation toward onward travel or change of travel plans.
