We were very impressed with this tour. Our tour guide Mina was fantastic. He has lots of local experience & is very knowledgeable and reliable . He made us feel totally comfortable and in very safe hands . Nothing was too much trouble . Our hotel accommodation was superb and our transport was extremely comfortable for the entire journey . “An epic adventure with Absolute Egypt”

Mina from Absolutle Egypt Tours was the best! We hit up Sharm El-Sheikh to snag my Open Water Diver PADI cert, but I was also super keen to check out the sights in Egypt and Jordan. Diving in the Red Sea? Absolutely mind-blowing. And having Mina around as our local guide made it a breeze and a blast. The guy knows his stuff about diving (pretty sure he's rocking a divemaster title), and he went out of his way to make sure we all felt chill and happy. The whole trip was spot on - from the places we checked out to where we crashed, the van we cruised in, and the vibe of the whole adventure. Loved how we could mix things up a bit too. Got way more than my money's worth, and I even tipped extra 'cause it was just that awesome. Definitely don't miss out on the Pyramids, Valley of the Kings, and Petra. They're just out of this world! Next time I'm heading back to Egypt, it's gonna be with Absolute Egypt Tours for sure. Already told all my mates they gotta go with them if they're planning a trip to Egypt or Jordan. A solid 5/5, would totally recommend!

We arrived home to Australia with amazing memories of all the incredible places we visited in Egypt in October 2023. Our tour guides. Mel and Mina were thoughtful, friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to everyone’s needs. Mina grew up in Egypt and is confident in the language, food, currency and lifestyle which helped to make our trip “stress free” We also had local guides with in-depth knowledge of Egypt at all the major tourist spots and we were also met by local guides to make transition at airports easy. Our trip has been amazing. I could not have asked for anything more, everything we did was far above our expectations for our first trip to Egypt. All the work from your customised itinerary really helped us to understand what to expect on our tours everyday. It was exactly what you promised and more. We thank you for that as it was so easy and professional. Dalia our guide was amazing. Her friendliness, knowledge and love of Egypt is so apparent and she did everything possible to ensure we had the best time. Each day she was on time with a nice air-conditioned van and made sure the driver was waiting for us whenever we finished looking at the sites. Nothing was too much trouble for her - especially when we were at the markets she even helped bargain for us! She answered every question we had and more. She is so much fun and a great singer! We felt completely taken care of and safe. There really isn't any reason not to feel safe in Egypt actually as the local people are so very friendly and wish to extend their hospitality all the time. We would walk around at night and really did not get bothered by anyone. Maybe the kids because they called us Shakira and. Rambo. So funny. I will highly recommend Absolute Egypt Tours to my friends who have been following our trip on social media. Some are already saying they would like to visit after seeing the beautiful photos of sites in Egypt. We hope to travel again next year to Aswan and will only book with you. “Honeymoon of our Dreams”

We booked the ‘Explore Egypt + Red Sea’ 7-day private tour with Absolute Egypt and we were thrilled with the whole experience. The itinerary was a perfect blend of historical sites, cultural learning and relaxation. We had knowledgeable guides throughout, we felt safe and taken care of every step of the way. The accommodation was lovely, we even got to enjoy a view of the pyramids from the hotel pool in Cairo. The 3 day Nile cruise was my favourite part, fresh food buffets were served daily and there was even a pool on the top deck. I only wished I could have stayed on longer to continue to Abu Simbel. Next time!

“The sights were amazing”

Immediately on arrival I was impressed with the organisation to meet and transport me as a single traveller to join the rest of the group.
Throughout the holiday we were looked after extremely well with no request too hard.
The sights were amazing and Mina’s background knowledge gave us insights not previously experienced over many years of overseas travel.
The quality of the guides, drivers and other support people was excellent.
Highlights for me included Felucca sailing, scaling Mt Sinai, snorkelling and of course the many ancient sites.

“Just when you think it can’t get better”

I travelled to Egypt this September with Absolute Egypt as our tour company and I was not disappointed. We started the trip with a 2 day tour of the White Desert which was outstanding in every way. Once we were back in Cairo one of our accommodations had the mesmerising view of the Pyramids. The way the sunrise covered them in golden light was magical.
Everyone goes to Egypt to see the pyramids, but there is so much more, our perfectly curated trip took us to The Pyramids, Camel Ride, The Sphinx, GEM museum, Coptic Cairo, Alexandria and the Catacombs, Aswan, Nubian village, sailing the Nile on a Felucca, Abu Simbel, Luxor, Philae Temple, Valley of the Kings, Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple by night and more. Just when you think it can’t get better we did a night hike up Mt Sinai (where Moses received the 10 commandments) to witness the most amazing sunrise on earth.
We spent the last few days in Sharm el Sheik enjoying some time lazing around at the beach, snorkelling in the crystal clear waters of the Red Sea and marvelling at the stunning reef.
This trip was an adventure through the history of Egypt.

This has been a trip of a lifetime.
Experiencing Egypt and Jordan with Mina has been exceptional and we are looking forward to doing it again.
Accommodation has been first class and the knowledge of the guides impeccable.
There are no concerns of the issues in neighbouring countries as I write this on the banks of the Dead Sea at the holiday inn resort.
Mina as our escort has not missed a step and was extremely accomodating for our whole group.

Aussie based company with Aussie values at the forefront in all aspects hence the decision and the feedback provided was exceptional.
Mel with her Aussie heritage and her husband born and bred Egyptian are a truly unique combination. Both are passionate and experienced travellers in their own right.

Now apart from all the media hype Egypt is very very safe. In regards to the company I have never had a more pleasurable experience. Mina's passion for his country is intoxicating and inspiring. Both he and Mel went above and beyond to create an experience we will cherish forever. Their approach to the adventure was inclusive, detailed and professional throughout the entire experience.

It starts with the welcome guides provided on arrival for ease of transfer through customs. The knowledge of the locals and the language fluidity made it so relaxing after a long flight. I did not see others provided this luxury.
Apart from the major tourist locations which are too numerous too mention Mina showed us the pure side of Egypt through all walks of life to provide an unforgettable trip. The people are all genuine and polite and their culture is immersing all of which would not have been exposed if not for Mina's passion.
As always he attended to each and every request collectively and individually and all without hesitation and with that ever present smile and willingness to ensure the group as a whole obtained the utmost ease and experience.
I can mention all the sites such as Jordan, the Pyramids, White Desert, Aswan, Nile Valley. Mt Sinai etc etc. Go an experience is my advice. We only scratched the surface.
This would never have been achieved through a cheaper company and we weren't exposed to visiting locations where the company was to receive a commission. Absolute Egypt made the trip more enjoyable. Mina did his best to assist all haggling with locals and again. COMMISSION FREE. This is not what the company is about, instead Absolute Egypt epitomises its slogan and Absolutely showed Egypt.

We are already planning a return trip and no other company will be considered and I could not recommend them enough. It was worth every penny and more to experience this adventure and it would not have been achievable and as relaxed if not for Mina and Mel. Thanks again for our memories.

Our 28 days in Jordan & Egypt with Absolute Egypt was amazing. We travelled as a family 2 Adults and our 11yr old Daughter.
This trip exceeded our expectations. The assistance from Mel & Mina at Absolute Egypt was exceptional. Their knowledge and passion for Egypt is phenomenal.
Mina being born & raised in Egypt and Mel having visited Egypt 14 times.
Our highlights were the Black & White Desert, The Pyramids, Abu Simbel, Nile Cruise & The Valley of the Kings in Egypt. Floating in the Dead Sea, Petra & Wadi Rum in Jordan.
We felt completely safe in both Jordan & Egypt and at no time did we feel that we were in any danger or anywhere near a war zone.

“Go beyond the standard tours out there, choose this one”

Firstly, I chose Absolute Egypt Tours as they are an Australian owned tour company and were very easy to deal with. These guys take care of everything for you and are perfect for those who like above and beyond support. I was met straight off the plane and had help getting my visa, passing through immigration and collecting the bags, all things that can be daunting when arriving into a new country.
Our group of 12 on the Egypt Highlights Tour saw all the incredible sites such as Pyramids, Saqqara, Valley of the Kings, Karnak and Luxor Temple. We sailed a felucca, cruised the Nile River and snorkelled the Red Sea. It was indeed highlight after highlight. Plus, the time spent in Sharm El Sheikh gave us freedom to relax or partake in optional activities. The hike up Mount Sinai is a must, as is swimming in Magic Lake, snorkelling the red Sea and visiting local Bedouin people.

What makes Absolute Egypt different is their outstanding “down to earth” service and approach to authentic travel. We experienced all sides of Egypt - from the people & culture to local hangouts, amazing food and shopping, all on top of seeing the ancient sites.
If you want to go beyond the standard tours out there, choose this one. If you want plenty of time at the pyramids and other sites without being rushed back to the coach, choose Absolute Egypt. Also, I should mention that I missed the felucca sail as I was sick, so the very next day (as we had spare time) Mina, our tour leader organised a second sail, so I did not miss out.
