Enjoy your breakfast before starting your guided tour to visit one of the Seven Wonders of the world, the Great Pyramids of Giza. Your Egyptologist guide will escort you around the pyramid complex and brief you on thousands of years of history.
The largest, the Pyramid of Khufu — also known as the Great Pyramid — was originally covered in gleaming white limestone casing stones and stood at 146 metres tall, making it the tallest man-made structure in the world for over 3,800 years.
Next, visit the Great Sphinx. This mythical creature has the body of a lion and the head of a pharaoh, and stands tall guarding the Giza Plateau in Egypt.
National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC)
The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization showcases Egypt's rich heritage, covering prehistoric to present-day periods. Stepping inside, visitors are greeted by an array of artifacts dating back thousands of years. From monumental statues of pharaohs to intricate hieroglyphic inscriptions, each display tells a captivating story of Egypt's past.
The museum also boasts the Mummy Hall, a remarkable underground collection of mummies (18 Kings & 2 Queens) and burial objects, shedding light on the ancient Egyptian beliefs surrounding the afterlife.

Dashur (Bent & Red Pyramids)
Built around 2600 BC, Saqqara served as a burial ground for pharaohs, high officials, and nobles, reflecting the Egyptian belief in the afterlife and the importance of elaborate burial practices.
This remarkable complex includes the Step Pyramid of Djoser, (entry included) the Hypostyle Hall and the many tombs which we will visit. You’ll also see plenty of hieroglyphics that adorn the walls of the complex throughout.
You visit also includes entry to the Serapeum.
The Serapeum of Saqqara is a deeply evocative site that offers a unique spiritual experience for visitors. It was the burial ground of the Apis bulls, considered sacred animals in ancient Egyptian religion. From a spiritual perspective, a visit to the Serapeum can provide profound insights into the ancient Egyptians' view of the divine, the afterlife, and the interconnectedness of all life.
Just 40 km south of Cairo, away from the crowds of Giza, lies Dahshur, home to two of Egypt’s most fascinating pyramids.
The Bent Pyramid: This pyramid is famous for its distinctive "bent" shape. It's believed to be an early experiment by Pharaoh Sneferu in building a smooth-sided pyramid. Imagine the engineering challenges they faced!
The Red Pyramid: This beauty gets its name from the reddish hue of its limestone stones. It's considered Sneferu's successful attempt at a true pyramid with smooth sides, paving the way for later pyramids like the ones at Giza.
